I'm Ben — I run Drummond.
I test Central Texas service businesses as a customer — I call, I fill out the form, I time everything. Most never get back to me the same day. I ran a service business myself before this: six figures sold, my own phone, my own follow-up. I'm not a software guy who learned business. I'm a business guy who builds systems.
